The doctors and staff at Kingston Medical Centre in Hull are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card.  You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.

Kingston Medical Centre currently serves areas west of the River Hull bordered by Sculcoates Lane, Queens Road, Princes Avenue, Spring Bank West, Ferensway and the Humber to the south.
